TROY GOOSLIN

​Troy Gooslin got into coaching because "I get so much out of teaching kids to enjoy sports and realize their potential. Also to spend time with my son and love football. The most rewarding thing is continuing to see former players excel on the field and enjoy the sport they are playing." Troy says that his best advice is to "always have fun, never ever give up, and be grateful for the opportunity to play."

RANDY MEFFORD​

Randy Mefford oversaw the FYAA football camp for a decade, and he began coaching in 2009 with the Fairfield Youth Football Organization. It would be the beginning of a fifteen-year coaching career that spanned four leagues.  Randy personally oversaw the creation of the Little Greater Miami Youth Football Conference, Greater Cincinnati Youth Football League, and the Northern Cincinnati Youth Football League. 

With his FYAA board partner, Troy Gooslin they oversaw $75,000 in donations and investments in the Fairfield Youth Athletic Association.
